Россия в условиях новой политической реальности – Пролог Истории
Интервью с к.ф.н., публицистом, драматургом, поэтом, президентом Международного дипломатического клуба «Amicability» Сергеем Дворяновым
Сергей, расскажите, как Вам видится миссия публичной дипломатии в этот сложный исторический период, который мы переживаем?
Сегодня Россия, как самобытная цивилизация, проходит испытание на прочность и верность своим идеалам. Лично для меня миссия публичной дипломатии состоит в том, чтобы рассказывать о наших идеалах всему миру. Когда-то Уинстон Черчилль откровенно сформулировал суть англо-саксонской политической культуры: «У Англии нет вечных союзников и постоянных врагов — вечны и постоянны ее интересы«. Борьба за интересы, за выгоду, за наживу, за доминирование, и, в конечном итоге, за тотальное господство – это суть Западной цивилизации. Эта суть декорируется красивой фразеологией и защищается двойными стандартами. У России свой, уникальный путь. Мы нация, подарившая миру Сергия Радонежского, Серафима Саровского и Фёдора Достоевского. Мы, на протяжении всей своей тысячелетней истории, всегда сражались не за интересы, а за ценности. Таково внутреннее устройство русского человека. Представьте себе, еще в 16 веке псковский монах Филофей — в своих посланиях к великим московским князьям Василию III и Ивану IV— сформулировал концепцию «Москва — третий Рим», в которой назвал Россию «удерживающей от зла». Для меня глобальная гуманитарная миротворческая акция в Украине, которая была инициирована нашим национальным лидером Владимиром Путиным есть манифестация этого стержневого духовного принципа – удерживания от зла. Коллективный Запад пошёл в атаку на Россию по всем фронтам, и прежде всего в своём агрессивном информационном наступлении. Мы обязаны были ответить, дабы удержать мир от зла. Спецоперация российской армии стала превентивной мерой, которая спасла весь мир от ещё больших страданий.
Это, безусловно, глубокая философская аргументация. Но далеко не все на Западе с ней столь безоговорочно согласятся. Да и в самой России, как мы видим, общество не столь единодушно в оценках происходящего.
Это действительно так – в российском обществе, в разных социальных стратах и у представителей разных поколений есть альтернативные мнения, которые иногда формулируются с налётом радикализма и маргинальности. Мягко говоря. Но такова жизнь. Жизнь это борьба идей, мнений, мыслеобразов, в конечном итоге ценностей. Если мы вспомним какие жёсткая полемика разгорелась в нашем обществе по поводу принятия новой редакции Конституции РФ – мы поймем, что российское общество сегодня действительно расколото. Но этот раскол вполне преодолим – через кропотливую разъяснительную и воспитательную работу, через диалог поколений, через духовное подвижничество и консенсус элит.
И как же на Ваш взгляд достижим консенсус элит?
Это очень актуальный и практический вопрос. Сейчас мы вступаем в тяжёлую фазу новой политической реальности. России будут беспардонно навязывать имидж агрессора, хотя она всегда являлась на протяжении всей своей истории и всегда будет являться глобальным миротворцем. Нам возможно даже придётся пройти через опыт изоляции и гигантского психологического давления. Но подлинный героизм всегда предполагает лишения, испытания и преодоления. Консенсус элит будет достигаться пониманием общности судьбы, целей и смыслов. Давайте вспомним те, на мой взгляд наиболее важные, принципы государственного развития России, которые были сформулированы в новой редакции Конституции РФ: «Российская Федерация объединена тысячелетней историей, сохраняя память предков, передавших нам идеалы и веру в Бога, а также преемственность в развитии Российского государства признает исторически сложившееся государственное единство».
Чем достигается «государственное единство», учитывая, что Россия страна полиэтническая и многоконфессиональная?
Ключевыми, смыслообразующими понятиями в процитированном мною параграфе являются «память предков», «идеалы», «вера в Бога». Эти понятия никак не соотносятся с гей-парадами, «родителем номер один», правом на гендерное самоопределение и многими другими «европейскими ценностями», де факто признаками девальвации человеческого в человеке, которые навязываются нам коллективным Западом. Что касается государственного единства, то оно, безусловно, достигается продуманной государственной идеологией. Мне кажется базовым идеологическим принципом государственной идеологии в России сегодня является гуманизм, человеколюбие. Принцип гуманизма присутствует во всех аутентичных духовных традициях, во всех религиях. Мы видим, как коллективный Запад навязывает нам трансгуманизм, утопический проект земного бессмертия человека. Эта идеология весьма опасна, поскольку она подпитывает человеческую гордыню, эгоизм, хищнические амбиции. Эта популярная доктрина является разрушительной и псевдонаучной, несмотря на весь свой, казалось бы, сциентистский пафос. Это путь в никуда, путь иллюзии и самообмана. Традиционный гуманизм является для нас спасительным маяком Божьим.
Способна ли на Ваш взгляд публичная дипломатия стать эффективным инструментом диалога с Западом?
Способна, если мы выстроим выверенную стратегию. Сегодня мы должны системно продвигать сетевую дипломатию. Мы должны масштабно задействовать социальные сети, различные групповые сообщества, инициировать через медиа и интернет открытые дискуссии. Мне также представляется весьма эффективным использование аргументации о «взаимозависимом мире». Для меня, как для верующего человека, человеческая жизнь прежде всего зависит от Бога. Однако сегодня, к великому сожалению, далеко не все представители правящих элит состоят из верующих людей. Поэтому более эффективным может стать аргумент о «взаимозависимости всех от всех». Планета слишком хрупкая, чтобы играть с ядерным оружием. Мы живём в очень хрупком, взаимозависимом мире. Маргарет Тэтчер приписывают такие слова: «Если плюнуть в Россию – она утрётся, но если плюнет Россия – пол мира захлебнётся». Это очень хороший аргумент для коллективного Запада, учитывая тот факт, что он был сформулирован иконой англо-саксонской политики.
Вы думаете коллективный Запад сегодня способен слушать и слышать наши философские аргументы?
Почему бы и нет. Русский человек всегда верит в чудо. Мы так устроены. И это нас всегда спасало. Стучите, и Вам откроют дверь. Есть окно Овертона и есть дверь, за которой стоит Иисус, в ожидании нашего призыва, нашего обращения. Для меня, как для поэта и религиозного философа вся история человеческая имеет лишь одно единственное оправдание – рождение подлинных героев, которые меняют саму историю, таких как Сергий Радонежский и Дмитрий Донской. Здесь мне хочется вспомнить еще одного известного великого англичанина, которого язык не поворачивается назвать «англо-саксом». Он был гением, принадлежащим всему человечеству, также, как и Шекспир. Я имею ввиду известного историка и моралиста Томаса Карлейля, автора бессмертного произведения «Герои, почитание героев и героическое в истории». Томас Карлейль считал главными качествами героя веру и искренность. Поразмышляйте об этом в сердце своём. Уверен, что в ближайшем будущем именно такие личности будут определять актуальную политическую повестку и творить новую, подлинную историю человечества.
Иными словами, на Ваш взгляд история человечества не заканчивается, она только начинается?
Именно так, она только начинается, и я даже написал стихотворение по этому поводу, которое я так и назвал: «Пролог Истории». Предлагаю этим стихотворением завершить наше интервью.
История священна и закрыта,
И прячет свои тайны в глубине,
Однако со времён палеолита
Она хранит заветы Гераклита —
Порхает от Гармонии к Войне…
По венам, по задворкам, по спирали
Она струит не стынущую кровь,

Russia in a New Political Reality – History Prologue
Interview with Ph.D., publicist, dramaturge, poet, President of the International Diplomatic Club "Amicability" Sergey Dvoryanov
Sergey, tell us how you see the mission of public diplomacy in the difficult historical period that we are going through?
Today, Russia, as an original civilization, is being tested for strength and loyalty to its ideals. For me personally, the mission of public diplomacy is to tell the whole world about our ideals. Winston Churchill once frankly formulated the essence of the Anglo-Saxon political culture: "England has no eternal allies and no perpetual enemies - its interests are eternal and perpetual." The struggle for its interests, for profit, for dominance, and, ultimately, for total supremacy - this is the essence of the Western civilization. This essence is decorated with beautiful phraseology and protected by double standards. Russia has its own, unique path. We are the nation that gave the world Sergius of Radonezh, Seraphim of Sarov and Fyodor Dostoyevsky. We, throughout our thousand-year history, have always fought not for interests, but for values. And this is the internal structure of a Russian person. Imagine, back in the 16th century, the Pskov monk Philotheus - in his messages to Grand Princes of Moscow Vasili III and Ivan IV - formulated the concept of "Moscow - the third Rome", in which he called Russia "a state that fights evil." For me, the global humanitarian peacekeeping action in Ukraine, which was initiated by our national leader Vladimir Putin, is a manifestation of this core spiritual principle - fighting evil. The collective West launched an attack on Russia on all fronts, first of all, trough its aggressive information war. We had to answer to protect the world from evil. The special operation of the Russian army became a preventive measure that saved the whole world from even greater suffering.
This is certainly a deep philosophical argument. But definitely not everyone in the West will agree with it. And in Russia, as we see, society is not so univocal in assessing what is happening.
This is true - in Russian society, in different social strata and among representatives of different generations, there are alternative opinions, which are sometimes formulated with a touch of radicalism and marginality, to put it mildly. But that is life. Life is a struggle of ideas, opinions, mental images, and, in the end, values. If we remember what a tough controversy flared up in our society about the adoption of a new version of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, we will understand that Russian society today is really split. But we can overcome it - through painstaking explanatory and educational work, through the dialogue of generations, through spiritual asceticism and the consensus of the elites.
And how, in your opinion, is the consensus of the elites achievable?This is a very acute and practical issue. We are now entering a difficult phase of a new political reality. Russia will be presented as an aggressor, although it has always been throughout its history and will always be a global peacemaker. We may even have to go through an experience of isolation and enormous psychological pressure. But true heroism always involves hardships, trials and overcoming. The consensus of the elites will be achieved by understanding the common destiny, goals and meanings. Let's remember, in my opinion, the most important principles of the state development of Russia, which were formulated in the new edition of the Constitution of the Russian Federation: “The Russian Federation is united by a thousand-year history, preserving the memory of the ancestors who passed on to us ideals and faith in God, as well as continuity in the development of the Russian state recognizes the historically established state unity.“
How is “state unity” achieved, given that Russia is a multi-ethnic and multi-confessional country?
The key, meaning-forming concepts in the paragraph I quoted are “memory of the ancestors”, “ideals”, “faith in God”. These concepts have nothing to do with gay parades, “parent number one”, the right to gender self-determination and many other “European values”, de facto signs of the devaluation of the humanity in a human, which are imposed on us by the collective West. As for state unity, it is certainly achieved by a elaborate state ideology. It seems to me that the basic ideological principle of the state ideology in Russia today is humanism, philanthropy. The principle of humanism is present in all authentic spiritual traditions, in all religions. We see how the collective West is imposing transhumanism on us, a utopian project of human immortality on earth. This ideology is very dangerous because it feeds human pride, selfishness, predatory ambitions. This popular doctrine is destructive and pseudo-scientific, despite all its seemingly scientistic pathos. This is the path to nowhere, the path of illusion and self-deception. Traditional humanism is for us the saving sign of God.
Is, in your opinion, public diplomacy capable of becoming an effective tool for dialogue with the West?
It is, if we build a verified strategy. Today we must systematically promote network diplomacy. We must use social networks, various group communities, initiate open discussions through the media and the Internet. I also find it very effective to use the "interdependent world" argument. For me, as a believer, human life primarily depends on God. However, today, unfortunately, not all representatives of the ruling elites consist of believers. Therefore, the argument about "the interdependence of all from all" can become more effective. The planet is too fragile to play with nuclear weapons. We live in a very fragile, interdependent world. Margaret Thatcher is credited with the following words: “If you spit at Russia, it will wipe itself out, but if Russia spit, half the world will choke.” This is a very good argument for the collective West, given the fact that it was formulated by an icon of Anglo-Saxon politics.
Do you think the collective West today is able to listen and hear our philosophical arguments?
Why not? Russian people always believe in miracles. This is how we are. And that has always saved us. Knock and the door will be opened for you. There is an Overton window and there is a door behind which Jesus stands, waiting for our call, our conversion. For me, as a poet and religious philosopher, all human history has only one single justification - the birth of true heroes who change history itself, such as Sergius of Radonezh and Dmitry Donskoy. Here I would like to recall another famous great Englishman, whom the language does not dare to call "Anglo-Saxon". He was a genius belonging to all mankind, just like Shakespeare. I mean the well-known historian and moralist Thomas Carlyle, author of the immortal work "Heroes, Hero Worship, and the Heroic in History." Thomas Carlyle considered the main qualities of the hero to be faith and sincerity. Think about this in your heart. I am sure that in the near future these individuals who will determine the current political agenda and create a new, true history of mankind.
In other words, in your opinion, the history of mankind does not end, it just begins?
That's right, it's just beginning, and I even wrote a poem about this, which I called: "The Prologue of History."
КОРОЛЕВСТВО БАХРЕЙН – САСПЕНС, ЖЕМЧУГ, НЕБЕСНЫЙ СКАКУН И БЕЛЫЙ КРЕЧЕТ
Интервью с президентом Международного дипломатического клуба «Amicability», Послом Мира UPF UN, кандидатом философских наук Сергеем Дворяновым.
Сергей, расскажите пожалуйста о Вашем личном восприятии Королевства Бахрейн. Как Вам видится перспектива развития российско-бахрейнских отношений?
Перспектива отношений наших двух стран уходит далеко за линию горизонта. Расхожий афоризм гласит: «Восток – дело тонкое». Звучит слегка тривиально, но правдиво. Тем более, если это Ближний Восток, регион активно ангажированный со времен крестовых походов - и авраамическими проповедниками, и алчными нефтедобытчиками, и политическими ястребами. Согласно преданию, первым, кто проповедовал христианство в Аравии, был святой апостол Варфоломей. В 225 году на островах Бахрейна уже существовала христианская епископия. Сегодня в столице Бахрейна Манаме действует католический храм Святого Сердца, также есть православная часовня и остро стоит вопрос о строительстве православного храма. Отмечу, что в Манаме находится единственная синагога на территории арабских стран Персидского залива. Здесь также действует индуистский храм.
Я бы охарактеризовал своё восприятие Королевства Бахрейн одним метким английским словом - саспенс - suspense.
Западное слово в характеристике восточной страны воспринимается интригующе. Обычно саспенс это тревожное, напряжённое ожидание в развязке сюжета. Вы именно это имеете ввиду?
Да, именно это. Ожидание. С одной маленькой оговоркой – моё постижение Бахрейна было вовсе не тревожным, а радостным ожиданием. Своего рода приключением. Причём с элементами мелодрамы, инсайта, раскаяния и личностного роста.
Ого. Дело дошло даже до раскаяния? Вы любитель Достоевского?
С юношества. Без раскаяния у русского человека никак. Без этого, кстати, нет личностного роста. Знаете, это примерно, как в сказке «Три яблока» из сборника «Тысяча и одна ночь» - халиф купил у рыбака сундук по дешевке, думал, что приобрел сокровище, а приобрел головоломку. В сундуке, если Вы помните, было тело женщины, разрезанное на куски. И вот халиф даёт задание своему визирю – за три дня найди мне убийцу женщины, а если не найдешь – лишишься головы. И потом, когда мы - согласно сюжету сказки - случайно узнаём, кто убийца, мы понимаем, что его пронзительная душевная боль, главная характеристика героя — это раскаяние.
Напомните, кто был убийцей?
Воздержусь. Не хочу быть спойлером древнего фантастического детектива. Перечитайте на досуге «Тысячу и одну ночь» - найдете ответы на многие вопросы. Итак, я впервые попал в Королевство Бахрейн в феврале 2017 года, вместе с представительской российской делегацией, которую я возглавил и в которую входили многие из моих друзей и коллег. Например, к делегации присоединились известные бизнесмены Темур Шакая и Евгений Добровольский – сегодня они завершили свой грандиозный IT проект- мега тренд – «Arround». Это новая реплика в создании мета вселенной – и приложение, и социальная сеть одновременно. И теперь мы на государственном уровне предлагаем этот проект правительству Королевства Бахрейн. Семена дали свои плоды.
Подождите, но разве в Бахрейне что-то решает правительство? Насколько я понимаю в Королевстве всё решает Его величество Король. Разве не так?
Да, роль монарха является весомой, очень влиятельной, но вовсе не авторитарной. В Королевстве Бахрейн, безусловно, есть и правительство, и парламент и все прочие демократические институции. Весьма интересно, что премьер-министром, возглавляющим правительство Бахрейна, является крон-принц, наследник престола - Салман ибн Хамад ибн Иса Аль Халифа, который является старшим сыном Его Величества короля Хамада ибн Иса Аль Халифа.
Скажите, а Вы лично удостоились аудиенции Его Величества короля Бахрейна?
Конечно удостоился, и не однажды. Моя первая аудиенция состоялась в Москве, в сентябре 2016 года в отеле «For seasons».
Вот это поворот! Аудиенция у Короля происходила не в его тронном зале, и даже не в его родном королевстве?
Представьте себе нет. Но выглядело всё очень по- королевски. Его Величество встречался в Кремле с лидером нашей страны Владимиром Путиным. Это, кстати, была вовсе не первая, но очередная встреча двух лидеров. Их связывает взаимная симпатия и глубокая дружба. В знак благодарности наш президент подарил Его Величеству уникального жеребца ахалтекинской породы по кличке Хаджибек. Эта древнейшая порода лошади, которую называют «Небесный скакун». После встречи в Кремле с нашим президентом Его Величество Хамад ибн Иса Аль Халифа вернулся в отель «For seasons», в котором он остановился вместе со всем своим близким окружением. И уже после этого была коллективная аудиенция для россиян - в мульти культурном формате. Удивительные фокусы показал известный российский артист «эксцентричного жанра» иллюзионист Сергей Листопад, песню на итальянском «Памяти Карузо» исполнил тенор Вазген Оганесян, свой каталог художественных работ подарил художник Никас Сафронов.
И как же все эти люди попали на аудиенцию?
Они попали по приглашению нашего Международного дипломатического клуба «Amicability». А потом в феврале 2017 было открытие выставки Никаса Сафронова в Манаме, столице Бахрейна, кстати тоже в отеле «For seasons». Мы ожидали короля, но открывать выставку пришёл Его Высочество крон-принц. Однако мы, вместе с Генеральным секретарём Всемирного Альянса «Миротворец» Юрием Сафроновым наградили Его Величество короля Бахрейна общественной наградой- орденом «Платиновая Звезда Миротворец». Затем была поездка на «Формулу-1» в мае 2017. После этого в декабре 2017 года состоялся визит Ее Превосходительства Шейхи Мэй Аль Халифа в Россию и открытие в Государственном Эрмитаже уникальной выставки «В стране Дильмун, где восходит солнце...», организованной совместно с Управлением по делам культуры и древностей Бахрейна и Национальным музеем Бахрейна. Выставка рассказала о становлении и расцвете дильмунской цивилизации с 3-го по 1-е тысячелетие до н. э. И уже потом, 28 января 2018 года я посетил дворец Его Величества - на его день рождения.
Расскажите об это подробнее. Попасть на день рождения к королю – явление достаточно неординарное.
Мы летели к Его Величеству вместе с Заслуженным художником РФ Александром Шиловым и Директором Государственного Эрмитажа Михаилом Борисовичем Пиотровским, который, как известно, является авторитетным историком-востоковедом, арабистом. Александр Шилов привез в подарок королю шести фигурный портрет, который мы вместе назвали «Unification of generations» – Объединение поколений. На этом портрете было изображение Его Величества, который обнимает своих четырех внуков и одну внучку. Его Величество наградил нас по-королевски – мне подарили часы «Ролекс», а Александру Шилову, помимо всего прочего, предложили дать мастер-классы по живописи для начинающих художников Бахрейна. Групповой портрет, работа кисти Александра Шилова произвел на короля очень глубокое впечатление.
А какое впечатление на Вас произвел королевский дворец и сам король?
Его Величество обладает удивительной, лучистой харизмой, которая проявляется в доброте его сердца. Это самое главное для любого правителя. Когда я в декабре 2021 года выступал в Манаме, на международной конференции «Невежество – враг мира», которая проходила под патронажем Его Величества короля Бахрейна я в своей вступительной речи отметил, что Бахрейн часто называют pearl land – остров, который славится добычей жемчуга. Греческий философ Сократ тоже называл себя «ловцом жемчуга», ибо он вылавливал «жемчуг», погружаясь глубоко в сердце своего собеседника. Это высшее из искусств – погрузиться в сердце человеческое. И я увидел, как виртуозно обладает этим искусством Его Величество король Хамад ибн Иса Аль Халифа – когда я поймал на себе его добрый, покровительственный взгляд.
Расскажите пожалуйста в завершении о ближайших планах дипломатического клуба в отношении королевства Бахрейн.
У нас есть планы и есть мечты. Начну со второго. Мы мечтаем, что в скором времени наш президент подарит Его Величеству королю Бахрейна уникального белого кречета, который водится только в России и только на Камчатке.
И чем же он так знаменит, этот белый кречет?
Во время недавнего государственного визита на Ближний Восток Президент России Владимир Путин преподнес принимающей стороне царский подарок: королю Саудовской Аравии Салману ибн Абдул-Азиз Аль Сауду и наследному принцу Абу Даби Мухаммеду бен Заиду аль-Нахайяну вручили по камчатскому кречету. Вы знаете, лошади и соколы на Ближнем Востоке – это не просто предмет роскоши, но предмет благоговейного поклонения, даже со стороны королевских особ. Что касается наших ближайших планов- в скором времени наш клуб IDC «Amicability» будет участвовать в открытии уникальной выставки российско-франко-австрийского художника Александра Айзенштата в Манаме. Особенно подчеркну, что Александр является не только художником, но также раввином, религиозным деятелем, что для Ближнего Востока весьма и весьма знаменательно, учитывая набирающий силу арабо-израильский диалог. Александр приготовил в подарок для Его Величества короля картину под названием «Шахматы». И я даже сочинил стихотворение, посвящённое этой картине.
Прекрасно. Давайте именно этим стихотворением мы и завершим наше интервью.
Почему бы и нет. Стихотворение называется «Шахматы – золотое правило».
Хранима Небом грешная Земля,
Она не знает счастья без дождей,
Страна не может жить без короля,
Король не в силах править без людей,
Для Бога - вся вселенная игра,
Им на доске рассчитан каждый ход,
В ней нет «сегодня», «завтра» и «вчера»,
А есть фантазия и есть её полёт...
И возражая истинам простым,
Стирая грани «можно» и «нельзя»,
Король становится однажды золотым,
А пешка наступает на ферзя,
Запомни «шах» не означает «мат»,
А «мат», конечно, вовсе не финал,
Когда ты смотришь, поднимая взгляд,
Как смотрит Александр Айзенштат -
Тебе откроется Начало всех начал -
Тот, Кто рукой фигуры расставлял…

Kingdom of Bahrain – Suspense, Pearls, Heavenly Jackun and White Falcon

Sergey, would you tell us about your personal view on the Kingdom of Bahrain? How do you see prospects of the development of Russian-Bahrain relations?
The prospect of our countries‘ relations is going far and is already beyond the horizon. Popular Aphorism says: "East is a delicate matter." Sounds slightly trivial, but truthful. Especially if we speak about the Middle East, the region actively engaged since the times of holy crusades - by abrahydrone preachers, greedy oil producers and political hawks. According to a legend, the first who preached Christianity in Arabia was the Holy Apostle Bartholomew. In 225, Christian bishopia already existed on the Islands of Bahrain. Today in the capital of Bahrain Manama there is a Catholic church of the Holy Heart, there is also an Orthodox chapel and is acute the question of the construction of the Orthodox church. I would like to note that the only synagogue in the territory of the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf is located in Manama too. The Hindu temple also operates here.
I would characterize my perception of the Kingdom of Bahrain in one taught English word - Suspense.
It is intriguing that you used the Western Word used to characterize the eastern country. Suspense usually means alarming, stressful waiting of the outcome of the plot. Do you mean that?
Yes, it is exactly what I mean. Waiting. With one small clause - my comprehension of Bahrain was not anxious, but a joyful process of waiting. A kind of adventure. Moreover, with elements of melodrama, insight, repentance and personal growth.
Wow. We have come to repentance? Are you a Dostoevsky follower?
From youth. There is no Russian without repentance. Without it, by the way, there is no personal growth. You know, it is like "Three Apples" fairy tale from the "Thousand and One Night" storybook - the Khalif bought a chest from the fisherman cheap, he thought he had acquired a treasure, but acquired a puzzle. In the chest, if you remember, there was a woman's body cut into pieces. Then the Khalif gives the task to his Visir - Find a killer of a woman in three days, and if you do not find them - you will lose your head. And when we, accordingly to the structure of fairy tales - by chance, know who the killer is, we understand that his piercing mental pain, his main characteristic is repentance.
Could you remind who was a killer?
I would like to keep silent. I do not want to spoil an ancient fantastic detective. Read it at leisure time - you will find the answers to many questions. Moving forward, The first time I got to the kingdom of Bahrain was February, 2017, together with the Russian delegation, which I headed and in which many of my friends and colleagues were present. For example, well-known businessmen Temur Shakaya and Evgeny Dobrovolsky joined the delegation- today they completed their grandiose IT project - Mega Trend - "Arround". This is a new replica in the creation of the meta universe - both an application and a social network at the same time. And now we offer this draft to the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain at the state level. Our work has paid off.
Wait, but does the government has power in Bahrain? As far as I understand, in the Kingdom rules His Majesty King. Is it true?
Yes, the role of the monarch is great, he is very influential, but not authoritarian at all. Naturally, in the kingdom of Bahrain there is also a government, a parliament and all other democratic institutions. It is very interesting that the Prime Minister heading the Bahrain government is the crown prince, the heir to the throne - Salman Ibn Hamad Ibn Isa Al Califa, who is the eldest son of His Majesty King.
Tell me, have you personally had a chance to the audience of His Majesty King Bahrain?
Of course I had, and not once. My first audience took place in Moscow, in September 2016 at the Four Seasons Hotel.
That is quite a twist! The King's audience did not happen in his throne room, not even in his native kingdom?
Could you imagine? But everything looked like very royal. His Majesty met in the Kremlin with the leader of our country Vladimir Putin. This, by the way, was not the first meeting of two leaders. They are bound by mutual sympathy and deep friendship. As a sign of gratitude, our president presented to his Majesty the unique stallion of the Ahalteffin breed named Hadjibek. This oldest horse breed, which is called "Heavenly Jackun". After a meeting in the Kremlin with our president His Majesty Hamad Ibn Isa Al Khalifa returned to the Four Seasons Hotel, in which he stopped with those closest. After that there was a collective audience for Russians - in multi cultural format. Famous Russian artist of the "Eccentric genre" Illusionist Sergey Listopad showed amazing focuses, a song on the Italian "memory of Cairos" was performed by Tenor Vazgen Oganesyan, the catalogue of art was presented by the artist Nikas Safronov.
And how have all these people come to the audience?
They were all invited by the International diplomatic club "AMICABILITY". Then in February 2017 there was the opening of the exhibition of Nikas Safronov in Manama, the capital of Bahrain, it took place, by the way, at the hotel "Four Seasons" too. We expected the King, but His Highness Kron-Prince came to discover the exhibition. However, we awarded His Majesty King Bahrain with a public award-winning "Platinum Star Peacemaker" together with the general secretary of the World Alliance “Mirotvorets” Jury Safronov. Then there was a trip to Formula 1 event in May, 2017. After that, in December 2017, her Excellency Sheikh May Al Califa had a visit to Russia, where she took part in the opening of a unique exhibition in the State Hermitage "In the Land of Dilmun, Where The Sun Rises“, organized jointly by the Bahrain Ministry for Culture and Antiquities and the Bahrain National Museum. The exhibition told about the formation and flourishing of the Dilmun civilization from the 3rd to the 1st millennium BC. e. And on January 28, 2018, I visited the palace of His Majesty - on his birthday.
Tell us about it more. To get to the birthday of the king is quite extraordinary.
We flew to His Majesty together with the Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Alexander Shilov and director of the State Hermitage Mikhail Piotrovsky, who, as you know, is a well-known historian-orientalist, a specialist in Arabic countries. Alexander Shilov brought portrait of six components as a gift to the king, which we called "The Combination of Generations". In the portrait there was an image of His Majesty, who hugs his four grandchildren and one granddaughter. His Majesty awarded us in a royal way - I was presented with Rollex watch, and Alexander Shilov, among other things, was offered to give master classes on painting for novice artists of Bahrain. A group portrait, the work of Alexander Shilov, produced a very deep impression on the king.
And what impression did the royal palace and the king himself had on you?
His Majesty has an amazing, radiant charisma, which manifests itself in the kindness of his heart. This is the most important thing for any ruler. When I gave a speech in Manama in December 2021 at the international conference "Ignorance is the Enemy of the World", which took place under the patronage of His Majesty King of Bahrain, I noted that His Majesty was awarded a title of honorary doctor of the Russian University for Internal Relations MGIMO. I also stated that Bahrain is often called pearl land. The Greek philosopher Socrates also called himself a "pearl catcher", because he caught the "pearls", plunging deep into his heart of his interlocutor. This is a higher arts - to plunge into the human heart. And I saw that his Majesty King Hamad Ibn Isa Al Khalifa possesses this art - when I caught his kind, patronymic look.
Please tell us at the end of the future plans of the Diplomatic Club regarding the Kingdom of Bahrain.
We have plans and have dreams. I'll start from the second point. We dream that in a short period, our president will give His Majesty King Bahrain a unique White Falcon, which is only found in Russia and only in Kamchatka.
Why is it so famous?
During a recent state visit to the Middle East, Russian President Vladimir Putin present the royal gift to the hosting site: King of Saudi Arabia Salman ibn Abdul-Aziz Al Saud and Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nahyan were each awarded Kamchatka Falcon. You know, horses and falcons in the Middle East are not just a luxury item, but the subject of reverent worship, even from the side of the royal persons. As for our closest plans, in a short time, the "Amicability" Club will participate in the opening of the unique exhibition of the Russian-Franco-Austrian artist Alexander Aisenstadt in Manama. I would like especially emphasize that Alexander is not only an artist, but also rabbi, a religious figure, which for the Middle East is very and very significant, given the Arab-Israeli dialogue, which is being fostered. Alexander prepared a picture called "Chess" as a gift for His Majesty king. And I composed a poem dedicated to this picture. The poem is called "Chess - Golden Rule".

Art Royal Diplomacy
The International Diplomatic Club “Amicability” presents a project “Art Royal Diplomacy” aimed at establishing closer connections between communities of the West and the Middle East. It will come as event to take place in Bahrain.
The first part of the event will be a gala-dinner with the presentation of the project. Then a concert with international performers will take place. The final part of the event will be charitable auction. Representatives of all countries participating in the project will present two pictures which will participate in this auction. All money raised will be directed to various charitable projects.
The project has already been supported by the representatives of two royal families, by Sheikha Mai Bint Mohammed Al Khalifa from the Kingdom of Bahrain and by the Duchess of York, Sarah Margaret. During the event royal families from different countries can establish connections in order to achieve mutual understanding and work together for the sake of peace and prosperity.
“Ignorance is the Enemy of Peace” – Dr. Sergey Dvoryanov’s Speech in Bahrain
In November an official visit of a Russian delegation to Bahrain took place, including members of the International Diplomatic Club “Amicability”. The President of the IDC Dr. Sergey Dvoryanov made an official speech at the event, underlining the importance of mutual understanding of all peoples and nations. In this regard the Kingdom of Bahrain can be a good example because throughout its history the country had neighbors of all faiths and beliefs and could maintain good relations with them.
In the Speech Dr. Dvoryanov also proposed a declaration, calling for religious tolerance and peaceful coexistence throughout the entire world. He implied that “ignorance is the enemy of peace” and that true faith can eliminate our path to peace.
Although religion was used frequently in the past to spread hatred and dissension, now religion diversity plays a uniting role not only in Bahrain, but in the whole world. It can be used as a solution for many problems and challenges of our time. It is said in the Holy Koran: “It is not the eyes that turn blind, but it is the hearts that turn blind,” - and that is what everyone should remember.
Finishing his speech, Dr. Dvoryanov invited everyone interested to London in April, 2022 to celebrate the international Day of consciousness. The International Diplomatic Club “Amicability” will be an organizer of this event, dedicated to peaceful and friendly relations between all people of the world.

С 1 октября 2021 года в Дубае открылась крупнейшая международная выставка «Дубай Экспо», площадка, открытая для представителей всех стран, чтобы показать свои научные и культурные достижения.
Международный дипломатический клуб «Amicability» в ноябре принял участие в выставке, представив проект «Moscow Marina», созданный A.R.T. Group во главе с архитектором Михаилом Тюриным и Елизаветой Морозовой. Проект подразумевает создание многофункциональной набережной возле бизнес-центра «Москва-сити». Он объединит наземную и речную инфраструктуру крупнейшего бизнес-центра России и сделает его пространство комфортнее и удобнее. «Moscow Marina» уже привлек инвестиции на сумму в 500 млн. долларов и мы желаем ему и его создателям дальнейшего развития и воплощения всех идей.
Dubai Expo – Moscow Marina
On October, 1, 2021, the great international exhibition "Dubai Expo" opened in Dubai. It is a platform opened to representatives of all countries to show their scientific and cultural achievements.
The International Diplomatic Club "Amicability" took part in the exhibition in November, presenting the project "Moscow Marina", created by A.R.T. Group headed by architect Mikhail Tyurin and Elizaveta Morozova. The project aims at creating a multifunctional embankment near the Moscow City business center. It will combine the land and river infrastructure of the largest business center in Russia and make its space more comfortable and convenient. Moscow Marina has already attracted investments in the amount of $500 million and we wish it and its creators further development and implementation of all ideas.
The Ceremony of Presenting the Sergei Weinstein Prize
The International Diplomatic Club "Amicability" took part in the solemn ceremony of presenting the Sergei Weinstein Prize in honor of the anniversary of the international charitable foundation STMEGI. The ceremony was attended by President of the IDC "Amicability" Sergei Dvoryanov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Bahrain Ahmed Al Saati and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Israel Alexander Ben Zvi.
The prize is traditionally awarded on November 15 to public figures, representatives of politics and art who have made the greatest contribution to Gorszi-Jewish culture. This year, Raim Meir, Evgenia Nazarova and Frida Yusufova received the prize, and Slavik Urilov received an honorary diploma. We congratulate all the laureates of the award and wish all peoples peace and prosperity!
