The territory of modern Kyrgyzstan played an important role on the Great Silk Road. The region occupied a strategic position between the ancient agricultural settled areas of the Ferghana Valley and the Tarim Basin, where throughout ancient and medieval history the warlike nomadic peoples of Iranian, Turkic and Mongolian origin sought.
The Amicability team attended the premiere of Yuri Chuguev's play "Malaga" at the A.Maldybaev State Opera and Ballet Theater in Bishkek. The performance did not leave the audience indifferent, in the final the performers of the unique suite in 6 parts were bathed in applause. At a gala dinner dedicated to the theatrical premiere, the general director of the theater Almazbek Istambayev invited composer and conductor Yuri Chuguev to present his new work – the historical ballet "Almeria" in Bishkek in the near future.
- We want the world premiere of this work with a beautiful title to take place here, and we invite everyone to this event! – Almazbek Istambayev reported. And he added that artists of the Kyrgyz troupe will also participate in the ballet.
The delegation's rich cultural program included a trip to Issyk-Kul Lake, where our representatives were invited to ride horses along the shore of the famous mystical reservoir. In Kyrgyzstan, it is believed that only by riding a horse, a man acquires true masculinity and is filled with strength.
The President of the international club of Amicability, Dr. Sergey Dvoryanov, within the framework of the diplomatic program, met with Deputy, Vice Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic Azygaliev Nurlanbek, also known for his human rights activities and work with volunteers.
Issues of cooperation between the two countries in the field of culture and art were discussed at the meeting. The participants of Amicability took the initiative to create a humanitarian and investment forum.
