“Cooperation for Peace and Prosperity” – IDC “Amicability” Conference.

On August 4, in Moscow, at the Grada Hotel, took place an international conference "Cooperation for Peace and Prosperity", organized by the International Diplomatic Club "Amicability" in partnership with the Universal Peace Federation. The conference was moderated by the President of the International Diplomatic Club Sergei Dvoryanov.

During the evening, speeches by prominent diplomats and public figures took place, as well as the award procedure of international titles "Ambassador for Peace" by the chairman of the Eurasian branch of the Universal Peace Federation Konstantin Krylov. The honorary titles were awarded to the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Somalia to Russia Hasan Abdi Davud, a representative of the Somalian Parliament Issa Mohammed Gure and a famous doctor, poet and public figure Nadezhda Babaeva.

The Ambassador also received a gift from the State Duma of the Russian Federation, which was presented to him by the well-known political activist and public leader Tatyana Abbasova. The representatives of Somalia in their speeches expressed their gratitude for the honorable awards and promised to direct all efforts to strengthen friendly relations between Somalia and Russia. The chairman of the Eurasian branch of the Universal Peace Federation Konstantin Krylov also took speech at the meeting.

We look forward to further development of cooperation between Somalia and Russia, as well as that the new ambassadors of peace will serve the cause of establishing stability and prosperity on our planet.
